TRAVELING CARAVAN RULES
Members of the Eastern Area
Caravan will elect each quarter a Traveling Caravan Coordinator.
Traveling Caravan Coordinator
must be a licensed real estate agent with access to the Birmingham MLS system.
The Traveling Caravan Coordinator
will be responsible for scheduling the tour, handing out list of homes to preview, collecting the fee for homes on the tour,
collecting cards from all in attendance on the tour, and conducting the drawing at the last home.
To have a home listed on the
caravan tour, the agent must attend an Eastern Area Caravan meeting within 30 days before the tour and attend the day of the
tour.
Fee for homes being placed
on the tour will be $20.00.
All the entry fees collected
will be given away in a cash drawing at the last home.
All attending the tour (including
agents with homes on the tour), can enter 1 business card for the cash drawing at the last home on the tour.
To be eligible for cash drawing,
agents must attend every home on the tour, and must be present to win at time of drawing.
The Traveling Caravan will
be every other week immediately after caravan meetings. Caravan meetings will be shorter, with no guest speakers on days with
tours.
The Caravan Tour will be made
up by as many homes that can fit in a time frame. Distance & location will determine the amount of homes.
